Cancellation Policy
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.
Nainital Travels Cancellation Policies :
- 90 Days or more prior to arrival date - 75 % refund of Received Amount
- 60 Days or more prior to arrival date - 50 % refund of Received Amount
- 30 - 15 Days prior to arrival date - 35 % refund of Received Amount
- 14 - 7 Days 25 % refund of Received Amount
- 7 - 0 Days No Refund
Cancellation Policies:
- Always keep your Identity Card to avoid hasselment in hotels an ID is MUST for Hotel Check IN & for Jungle Safari in Corbett National Park.
- As per the rules of the hotel, the standard check in time is 12.00 A.M. & check out time is 10.00 A.M.
- Early Check in or Late Check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel as different hotels have different terms.
- Children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents' room without an additional charge. However, NO extra bed will be provided. Extra bed for children will be chargeble according to the hotel policy
NO SHOW NO REFUND with in the time period of your arrival.
- Hotels reserve the right to charge higher fees during Public Holidays, Weekends and Peak Seasons.
- All cancellation or modification must be informed directly to us. Cancellation or modification made directly at the hotel will not be entertained.
- We take at least 7-8 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
- To confirm reservation we would require a minimum of 50% as advance of the booking amount.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Incase of a confrimed booking to a particular hotel and for any REASON - the transfer to other hotel the remaining extra cost of room rent and food will be paid by customer.
- The Last minute cancellation is non - refundable.
- The Applicable Tariff packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
- Taxes as per Government notification.
- Bookings without an advance are considered inquiries and do not ensure a reservation.
Most of the Packages Excludes below things:
Flight / Train Tickets
- Extra Meals (Additional food charge ) or Drinks & meal supplement for children like Milk and cornflakes
- Non Veg Food, Tips, Telephone Charges, Laundry, Room Heater, Travel Insurance
- Cave Garden Entry, Zoo Entry, Waterfall Entry, Guide Charges
PLEASE NOTE:
However Jungle Safari in Corbett Natonal Park, the Boat Ride on Nainital Lake, The Cable Car Ride and Paragliding are subjected to availbilty & Non-refundable. As during rain these are NOT POSSIBLE.
- Jungle Safari once confirmed and booked, the booking amount of Jeep Safari and Elephant Ride / Safari is Non-refundable.
- Paragliding is only subject to availability during clear sky & NOT when the climate is very windy or rainy. The Weight of the participant should not be over 75kg & Maximum 80 kg.
- Camping Packages :- Some Points to Keep in mind prior bookings for camping In most of the Camping sites DONT have TV and AC. (Air Conditioner)
- Camping is NOT a Luxury Suite. Just simple tents or mud hut cottages some with attach toilets or some with common toilets. With very limited room service or NO room service, but nothing fancy as expected.
- No air conditioning or fan since it is a bit cooler when you are inside the jungle. If you are serious about Nature and adventure then camping is the right activity for you. But not the place for those seeking a luxurious relaxing holiday.
- Please Note: The camp site might not be on the road and some walking distance away from the road and a nature walk leads to the camp.

- Transport Insurance is NOT included in the mentioned prices.
- Nainital Travels will not be responsible for any DELAY in the arrangements of the transport as Sometime due to heavy traffic or road maintainese its inevitable.
- Nainital Travels will not be responsible for weather conditions and not responsible for any flight, train or bus delay.
- We will not be responsible for any miss happening.
